I. Personal data processing

Fulfilling the obligation arising from the provisions of Articles 12-14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, we inform you that:

  2. Data Protection Officer

  3. Purposes of personal data processing
    The processing of your personal data may take place for the following purposes:
    a) Purpose of processing: All activities connected with the preparation, conclusion, proper performance and termination of contracts.
    Period of processing:Until the end of the contract, and thereafter for other contract-related purposes, e.g. the period for securing possible claims.
    Legal basis: Regulation, Article 6(1)(b).
    b) Purpose of processing: All activities connected with the preparation, conclusion, proper performance and termination of contracts, to which you are not a party.
    Period of processing: Until the end of the contract, and thereafter for other contract-related purposes, e.g. the period for securing possible claims.
    Legal basis: Regulation, Article 6(1)(f).
    c) Purpose of processing:Implementation of activities carried out on the basis of consent granted, including: informing about the Controller and its activities, marketing carried out through electronic channels and by phone, preparing and sending ordered commercial offers, replies to messages sent through the Controller’s website.
    Period of processing:Until the withdrawal of the consents granted.
    Legal basis: Regulation, Article 6(1)(a). With regard to the situations in points 3(a-b), the provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes indicated.
  4. Sources of personal data
    We process your personal data obtained directly from you (e.g. data provided on forms), as well as data obtained from other publicly available sources, such as the National Court Register (KRS), the Business Activity Central Register and Information Record (CEIDG) and the REGON database.
  5. Recipients of personal data
    The recipients of your personal data may be the following:
    a)public authorities or entities authorised to request access to or receive personal data pursuant to law,
    b)entities to whom the Controller entrusted the processing of personal data pursuant to agreements entered into, e.g. accounting offices, law firms, printing houses, courier service providers, IT service providers and other service providers processing data on behalf of the Controller,
    c)entities that have your consent to the sharing and processing of your personal data. The Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country or international organisation.
  6. Data storage period
    Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the relationship with you or the entity you represent. After this time, for the period of the statute of limitations for claims related to this cooperation or the period necessary to fulfil obligations imposed by the provisions of generally applicable law. Your personal data processed pursuant to your consent will be stored for the duration of your consent, i.e. until you revoke it. After this time, for the period necessary to comply with the obligations imposed by the provisions of generally applicable law.
  7. Your rights
    You have the right to:
    a) request access to personal data relating to you,
    b) request the rectification of personal data relating to you,
    c) request the erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data relating to you,
    d) object to the processing of personal data relating to you,
    e) request portability of personal data relating to you,
    f)lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, formerly the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data). The detailed scope of your rights as a data subject is set out in Chapter III of GDPR titled “Rights of the data subject”.
  8. Automated decision-making
    Your personal data will be processed by automated or semi-automated means. However, they will not be used to make decisions that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
  9. Changes of this policy The Controller reserves the right to change this policy and update it.

II. Cookie policy

“Cookies” are small text files containing computer data stored on users’ devices. They are needed for the use of websites. “Cookies” allow, among other things, the display of websites adapted to individual preferences and usually contain the website address, the duration of storage on the user’s device and their own unique identifiers.

We use session (temporary) and persistent cookies. Session cookies are stored on the user’s device until logging out of the website or closing the web browser. Persistent “Cookies”, on the other hand, are stored for a defined period of time, which is determined by a parameter contained in the “Cookies” file.

We use the information contained in “Cookies” to, among other things, provide various tools and functionalities of the website and to collect general statistical data. This allows us to identify how users use the website and gives us the opportunity to improve its design and content. We emphasise that personal data collected using “Cookies” are encrypted in such a way as to prevent access by unauthorised persons. They also make personal identification of the user impossible.
